We are thrilled to announce that Offsite has officially moved to a new home in Welshpool. In just 5 weeks, we have transformed an 11,000sqm blank canvas into a fully operational facility.

Below is a quick look inside our new facility, featuring the team in action and a cameo from our Combi Lift “Wall-E McLifty,” amongst our racks of recently manufactured products.

This move has given Offsite a 10-fold increase in production capacity, compared to our prior facility. The scale of production from this facility will enable Offsite to design, manufacture & assemble over 2,500 dwellings per annum in 2025/2026. This is a leap forward in our vision to transform the way buildings are manufactured and constructed in Western Australia.

This space has transformed into a hub of activity as we have begun the commissioning of 2 HOMAG Weinmann lines. We also relocated our existing HOMAG Weinmann line from our previous Kewdale premises. These mighty Weinmann bridges are multi-functional systems that we will deploy to increase our automated production capacity further.

We also have our brand-new Hundegger Speed Cut 480 Saw making its way from Germany to our new facility. The team has been eagerly tracking its arrival in Perth and for good reason. The Speed Cut Saw is like having a team of carpenters working full throttle.
