Timber Frame Carpenter
We’re looking for Timber Frame Carpenters to join our Production team.
You’ll be working with state‑of‑the‑art CNC machinery to manufacture timber walls, floors, roof cassettes and trusses at our factory in Welshpool. The role offers a 3 days on, 4 days off roster, hands‑on training and inclusion in a tech‑driven workplace focused on modern methods of construction.
Forklift Operator
We’re looking for two Forklift Operators to join our Production team.
Based at out factory in Welshpool, you’ll be handling building materials that support large-scale construction projects. Requirements for the role include a current clean MANUAL WA Driver’s License, LF Forklift License and Forklift experience.
Principal Mitek Designer
The Principal MiTek Designer is a key leader within OFFSITE, responsible for advancing the capabilities, quality, and scalability of our MiTek Sub-Team.
This role blends expert-level knowledge in truss and structural detailing with a mentoring mindset and strong engineering logic, ensuring all outputs align with OFFSITE’s DfMA principles, build sequencing, and structural compliance.
Structural CAD/CAM Detailer – MiTek

The Structural CAD/CAM Detailer – Mitek is responsible for producing accurate truss layouts, framing details, and shop drawings for the prefabricated floor and roof truss systems using MiTek sapphire and associated tools. This role focuses on executing projects with a high level of independence.
Structural CAD/CAM Detailer – Cadwork
With a focus on innovation, quality, and sustainability, OFFFSITE combines advanced CAD/CAM technologies with efficient manufacturing to streamline building processes from design to installation.
We are looking for a Structural CAD/CAM Detailer – Cadwork to play a key role in modelling and detailing prefabricated timber wall, floor, and roof systems using 3D CAD software within a DfMA-driven environment.
